- Misusing promotions or bonuses in unauthorised ways, including creating multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses.
- Communicating in a rude, threatening, or harassing manner towards customer support staff or other users.

Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
All transactions on the 15w50 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking, Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limit is subject to the current policy, which may change from time to time. Check the deposit section in your account for the latest information.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 15w50 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 15w50 support team. Any valid cash balance remaining in the account (after applicable deductions) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 15w50 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions.
